What to Include in the Request

When you need a documentation pack for an RFP or install design, send:

  • Product shortlist (or category scope)
  • Deadline and region
  • Whether you need mounting drawings, SDK notes, or driver matrices
  • Integrator or end-customer context

Use Partner inquiry or Contact so the message routes correctly.

Self-Serve First

Many assets are already public: product pages and the Drivers Center (drivers, manuals, and install guides). Start there, then ask for bundled packaging when the bid requires a single ZIP or PDF set.

After Award

Keep the same package versions in the deployment binder that were used in the evaluation - especially drivers frozen with the gold image.
